Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong leadership, advanced financial expertise, and the ability to align financial management with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial planning processes and monitor budget performance.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, IFRS standards, and corporate governance.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Internal Controls: Strengthen audit processes and safeguard organizational assets.
• Collaboration: Partner with executives, auditors, and regulators to align financial strategy.
• Team Leadership: Mentor finance staff and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred).
• 8+ years of financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial frameworks and GCC regulatory environments.
• Expertise in corporate finance, compliance, and risk governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional investment organizations preferred.

Pay: RO2,400.000 - RO3,400.000 per month
