Financial Controller - Dubai

Job Description – Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial entries in Tally ERP.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports.
• Generate Excel-based reports using formulas, pivot tables, and shortcuts.
• Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups with clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships, addressing their financial queries and ensuring timely resolution.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation activities.
• Ensure all financial documents and vouchers are properly filed and controlled.
• Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial summaries for management review..

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Freshers with hands-on experience in Tally ERP are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (formulas, reports, and shortcuts).
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT and accounting practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary: AED 2800 to 3000 per month
