Financial Controller / GM – Finance & Accounts

We are seeking an accomplished Chartered Accountant with 10–12 years of experience in the Service Industry to lead our Finance & Accounts function at a strategic level.

Key Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

12–15 years of relevant experience in finance leadership roles

Strong expertise in Direct & Indirect Taxation

Solid grounding in Financial Accounting

Working knowledge of the Companies Act

Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and strengthen the organization’s entire financial operations

Ensure robust financial governance, statutory compliance, and accurate reporting

Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Mentor and develop the Finance & Accounts team, fostering a culture of accountability Drive process improvement, capability building, and operational efficiency

Collaborate with Operations, HR, Procurement, and Legal for cross-functional alignment

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
