Financial Controller (mid‑senior)

Job Overview: Ranprecast Qatar is seeking an experienced Financial Controller (Mid-Senior) to join our finance team. In this influential role, you will oversee financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide key insights to management.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial controls and reporting processes to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support their operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or controlling, ideally in the construction or manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.

Salary:

Hourly rate between QAR 50 - 90, depending on experience.
