Financial Controller Senior Specialist (Cost Controlling)

We are looking for a Financial Controller Executive (Cost Controlling) in our Financial Controlling Department to ensure that indirect purchases and services are effectively controlled, optimized, and aligned with the company’s financial and strategic objectives, with the qualifications below;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial controlling, cost analysis preferably in a retail or multinational environment,
• Financial acumen and analytical skills,
• Knowledge of indirect spend process,
• Skilled in execution and project management,
• Process improvement and efficiency,
• Stakeholder management,
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy,
• Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized,
• Fluency in English is required,
• Team player,
• Multitasking,
• Interpersonal skills.

Job Description

• Reports to Financial Planning & Analysis Department Manager,
• Highlights any variances and ensuring corrective actions are taken,
• Analyzes spend data and provides regular reports on indirect spend trends, identifying areas for improvement or cost reduction,
• Improves and develops data quality as well as reporting structures and concepts,
• Continuously reviews and enhances the procurement process for indirect spend to ensure efficiency, transparency, and compliance,
• Serves as a permanent member of tendering committee.
