Financial Controller Supervisor

We are looking for a " Financial Controller Supervisor '' to one of our global client who operates in manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

·Being a true Business Partner to Managing Director and local Management Team,

·Responsible for Leading the local controlling and costing team,

·Responsible for performing and manage Month-End closing process in D365 FNO and corresponding reporting requirements to group

·Provide to management the necessary analysis & information on deviation to the plans,

·Manage and supervise all daily financial operational activities for Inventory, Fixed Asset,

·Provide profound financial analysis to the manager and other members of the management team on a regular basis and in close cooperation with the Accounting function,

·Drive forward the development of the new controlling framework, introduce continuous improvements to the controlling processes with a high degree of personal responsibility and reflect them in a new accounting/ ERP system,

·Support digitalization of the Finance function and report directly to the Manager,

·Carry out tasks in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, company procedures, and occupational health and safety rules,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Experienced in in a financial department of a manufacturing company with following core competencies & expertise; leadership & teamwork, hands-on mentality, financial planning/budgeting, reporting, regulatory compliance, Investments and Cost management.
• Able to think strategically, analytically, committed to positive workplace culture, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in F&O (Microsoft D365), IFRS, cash pooling, banking relationships, inflation accounting & tax knowledge.
• Fluently English speaker in order to communicate with and report to corporate offices.
