Financial Data Analyst

About the Role

Quant Global is seeking a data-driven and analytical professional with a strong foundation in finance, statistics, and data analytics. This role focuses on extracting, interpreting, and visualizing key financial and performance metrics to enable informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the finance, analytics, and risk teams to design insightful dashboards, analyze performance trends, and enhance data-based transparency across financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data, including P&L reports, latency metrics, and vendor performance.

2. Conduct portfolio sensitivity and scenario analyses (e.g., impact of portfolio movements).

3. Build and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time performance and risk monitoring.

4. Identify data trends, anomalies, and performance insights to guide financial optimization.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and reporting consistency.

6. Present structured analytical insights and visual summaries for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Data Analytics.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in financial or data analytics.

3. Proficiency in Power BI, R, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and visualization.

4. Strong understanding of P&L concepts, portfolio risk, and financial performance metrics.

5. Familiarity with data APIs/vendors like Zerodha Kite, ICICI Breeze, etc.

6. Excellent quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.

3. Experience creating interactive dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
