Job Description:

A Financial Data Analyst gathers, analyzes, and presents business data to support strategic decision-making. This role focuses on identifying financial trends, forecasting revenue and expenses, and tracking overall business performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in analytical tools, and experienced in working with retail technology systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze large volumes of financial data to identify key trends, variances, and opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.
Provide actionable insights to leadership that support both tactical and strategic decision-making processes.
Design and develop robust financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support budget planning and investment strategies.
Prepare accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial reports—both regular and ad hoc—for executive management.
Summarize complex findings into clear narratives, highlighting implications for business performance.
Create dynamic dashboards and compelling data visualizations using tools such as Excel, or Tableau to effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
