Role Overview

The Financial Data Modeler will be responsible for building and maintaining financial data models, ensuring accuracy, and supporting decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain financial data models to support reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and product teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Optimize data structures for scalability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial data modeling, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
