Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Data Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in accounting to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing accounting transactions, performing reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a solid foundation in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and record daily accounting transactions in compliance with GAAP.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data flow.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update financial databases and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4–5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial analysis.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
