Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate sector. • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite. Responsibilities: • Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies. • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth. • Manage cash flow, investments, and cost control. • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners.
