Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all financial operations across group companies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking facilities.
  • Oversee project costing, profitability, and margin analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants.
  • Improve financial systems, controls, and ERP processes.
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in finance, with proven exposure to Ready Mix or Contracting.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior finance / managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of project-based accounting and costing.
  • Solid experience in UAE VAT & Corporate Tax.
  • Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CMA).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

  • Experience within multi-entity group structures.
  • Strong understanding of construction and ready mix operations.
  • Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
