Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all financial operations across group companies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking facilities.
- Oversee project costing, profitability, and margin analysis.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants.
- Improve financial systems, controls, and ERP processes.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in finance, with proven exposure to Ready Mix or Contracting.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior finance / managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of project-based accounting and costing.
- Solid experience in UAE VAT & Corporate Tax.
- Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CMA).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience within multi-entity group structures.
- Strong understanding of construction and ready mix operations.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
