Financial Manager

Job Purpose

To oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure effective financial planning and control, and support executive management in making strategic decisions based on accurate financial data.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies.
• Prepare and review periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
• Prepare budgets and monitor performance against approved budgets, analyzing variances.
• Oversee general accounting, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and reduce costs.
• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team.
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
