Financial Manager – Fit-Out & Contracting Sector

A leading company specialized in interior fit-out, contracting, and manufacturing & supply is seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to oversee and enhance its financial operations across large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and align them with project contracts and schedules.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational and project commitments.
• Develop and enforce collection policies; monitor receivables to reduce financial risk.
• Review and approve project invoices, ensuring alignment with completion progress.
• Oversee daily payments and prioritize disbursements in line with project needs.
• Ensure full compliance with tax obligations and accuracy of financial filings.
• Analyze financial performance indicators (profitability, liquidity, solvency) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Lead and develop the finance team; strengthen internal controls and financial policies.
• Support strategic decision-making with accurate financial insights and forecasting.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in contracting and fit-out projects.
• Proven expertise in project finance, collections, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive strategic financial decisions.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage a diverse finance team.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are highly preferred.

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
