Financial Operations Manager

Position Summary: The FOM will oversee day-to-day financial operations, payroll administration, and compliance functions. This role ensures accurate financial data, timely payroll, and strong internal controls

Key Responsibilities

● Manage all bookkeeping and financial workflows ● Process payroll and maintain timesheet systems ● Prepare monthly financial reports for ED and Board ● Maintain financial documentation and audit readiness ● Support budget development and grant reporting ● Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards Reporting Structure ● Reports to: Executive Director ● Works closely with: Board Treasurer, Finance Committee

Financial Management ● Accounts payable and receivable ● Monthly bank reconciliations ● Expense tracking and coding ● Budget tracking and variance reporting ● Financial reporting preparation for ED and Board ● Grant financial tracking and reimbursement submissions ● Vendor management ● Annual audit preparation support Payroll & Timesheet Administration ● Collecting and verifying part-time employee timesheets ● Entering payroll data into payroll system ● Coordinating with payroll provider ● Maintaining payroll records ● Ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws ● Managing contractor payments (if applicable)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
