What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and reconciliation processes, with hands-on experience in these areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, SAS, etc.
• Preferably holding an SMMM (Certified Public Accountant) qualification.
• Experience in reporting and budget planning processes.
• Knowledge of SQL-based database systems and SAP.
• Understanding of AI applications and hands-on experience with implementation is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

How can you make an impact?

• Ensuring effective control of financial processes within Financial Operations by mastering the chart of accounts, understanding account structures, performing department reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies through regular monitoring.
• Reviewing data reflected in financial reports to ensure consistency between systems, verifying results, and providing recommendations and notifications to address identified issues.
• Analyzing financial data and reports to generate insights and support management decision-making.
• Conducting the monthly closing processes and preparing monthly/quarterly required reports and upper management presentations.
• Performing budgeting for Financial Operations’ accounts and their follow-up with variance analysis.
• Contributing to the digitalization of business processes and the promotion of a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Being the contact person for internal/external auditors, preparing and submitting all necessary data during audits.
• Taking actions to eliminate preliminary findings and their follow-up.
• Participating in business improvement initiatives and project work, including preparing project-related data, monitoring progress, and reporting on processes and outcomes.
• Identifying, reporting, and following up on issues related to system-based records.
