Financial Planning Administrative Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: Moon Township, PA (Onsite)
Canella Financial Group is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support advisors and provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced financial planning office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. We are open to either full-time or part-time candidates.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain the client database (CRM), organize records, and ensure accurate, timely completion of client paperwork.
· Prepare client reports, submit forms to product companies, and track outstanding items through completion.
· Follow up on client service requests and coordinate resolutions with internal team members and external contacts.
· Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to support compliance and daily operations.
· Assist with marketing materials, advertising submissions, and client communications for home-office review and approval.
Qualifications
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
· Comfort working with numbers and handling detailed records with care and confidentiality.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn firm systems and web-based platforms.
· Dependable, collaborative, and able to work effectively with advisors, coworkers, and business partners.
· Prior experience in financial services or professional office administration preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive compensation of $22-$26 per hour, based on experience
