Financial Planning Analyst

Senior FP&A Analyst | $110-130K

A fast-growing, mid-sized consumer health company is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This role provides critical insights into business performance, supporting strategic decisions and driving growth across the company’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Support monthly close and performance reporting, including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior year
Deliver actionable financial insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
Conduct ad hoc and scenario-based analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
Analyze pricing, costs, and gross margins to identify improvement opportunities
Drive sell-in / sell-out / inventory analysis, including reconciliation, pipeline tracking, and risk identification
Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
Develop and automate BI reports and dashboards (Power BI / Excel)
Partner with business leaders across functions to ensure data alignment and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years’ experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in consumer health / CPG
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/ACA/ACCA a plus)
