What You’ll Do

As the FP&A Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the corporate finance function, supporting a diverse portfolio of hotels. You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the group
• Building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making, cost optimisation and CAPEX evaluations
• Analysing financial and operational KPIs to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Creating executive-level dashboards and board presentations
• Driving process improvements and steering the adoption of AI and Power BI to enhance FP&A capability
• Partnering with Hotel Finance Directors and cross-functional teams to support business performance and growth
• Ensuring timely, accurate reporting during month-end and year-end cycles
• Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices within hospitality finance

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance/FP&A experience (hospitality experience highly preferred)
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, etc.) preferred
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and dashboard-building skills
• Experience with Power BI , advanced analytics, or AI tools is a major advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
