Financial Planning and Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage financial processes in a technology-focused, global company that reports according to Capital Markets Board (CMB) and IFRS standards. The opportunity to collaborate with international teams and work on global financial processes awaits you.

Job Description:

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements and management reports in IFRS basis,
• Manage consolidation processes,and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages,
• Manage the publication of financial statements and activity reports within legal deadlines via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP),
• Coordinate and support external audit processes and ensure timely preparation of requested documentation,
• Support and manage the fulfillment of all third-party and internal reporting requirements,
• Effectively manage budget planning, tracking, and reporting processes and report financial performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math or related field,
• Minimum 10 years of related experience (big 4 audit experience is preferable),
• Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Capital Markets Board (CMB) regulations,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office,
• Good financial and analytical skills,
• Ability to communicate with different cultures,
• Strong time and priority management skills.
