As a Financial Services Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals and families (primarily online) to help them better understand their financial options, including strategies related to life insurance, protection planning, and long-term financial security. Through mentorship, structured training, and real-world experience, you will develop the knowledge and confidence needed to guide clients in making informed financial decisions.

This opportunity operates under a 1099 independent contractor structure, meaning individuals function as independent professionals rather than traditional W-2 staff members. Compensation is non-capped commission-based, allowing participants to earn income directly tied to the services they provide and the clients they assist. For individuals who are driven and consistent, this structure can offer significant flexibility and income potential.

Licensing Requirement

In order to provide financial protection solutions to clients, individuals participating in this opportunity must obtain a state Life Insurance License. If you are not currently licensed, our financial firm provides guidance, resources, and support with our amazing licensing coordinators throughout the licensing process -- including recommended study materials and preparation for the state exam.

Many individuals begin this opportunity while completing their licensing requirements and continue developing their skills through ongoing training and mentorship once licensed.

Remote Environment & Schedule Flexibility

This opportunity is conducted fully remotely, allowing individuals to connect with clients and team members through virtual platforms such as Zoom. Because participants operate as independent professionals, schedules can be flexible and designed around personal commitments.

Many individuals begin on a part-time basis, dedicating approximately 5–10 hours per week while completing training and licensing. Those pursuing this opportunity full-time often dedicate 30–40 hours per week as they grow their client base and expand their financial services practice.
