Financial Professional- Entry Level

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through outside sales efforts, building rapport and understanding their unique financial needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions.
  • Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-up, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
  • Promote financial products through retail sales channels, leveraging marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering tailored financial advice.
  • Assist with benefits administration by explaining available options clearly and guiding clients through enrollment processes.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive client information.

Notes

  • This is a 100% commission based position.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
  • Knowledge of insurance sales processes and familiarity with sales administration practices.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage a pipeline of prospects.
  • Experience in marketing strategies that attract new clients and expand business opportunities. .
  • Understanding of industry regulations such as HIPAA for handling confidential information responsibly.
