Location: Remote / Hybrid
Starting Pay: 200,000 Rs.

About the Role
We’re looking for a technically strong, detail-driven analyst to support our finance function across SEC reporting, audit preparation, and technical accounting. You’ll own key components of our quarterly and annual filings and help ensure our financial reporting is accurate, timely, and fully compliant. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, know your way around complex accounting literature, and enjoy producing clean, airtight work, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
SEC Reporting

• Prepare and support the drafting of 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and S-1 filings
• Own sections of the financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A
• Maintain reporting calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
• Technical Accounting
• Research and draft technical memos for ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 350 and other relevant areas
• Support accounting conclusions for new transactions, acquisitions, and revenue arrangements
• Monitor new accounting standards and assess company impacts

• Maintain structured reporting folders and ensure documents are easy to navigate
• Update templates, checklists, and supporting schedules as processes evolve
• Identify small improvements to streamline reporting and audit workflows
• Non-negotiable: Hands-on exposure to SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, S-1, etc.)
• Non-negotiable: Strong technical memo writing experience (ASC 606 / ASC 805 / ASC 350)
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and public-company reporting requirements
• Strong attention to detail with a high bar for accuracy and consistency
• Clear communicator — especially in writing
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
