Financial Reporting and Audit Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be assigned to our Istanbul Yenibosna Head Office; "Financial Reporting and Audit Specialist" will be employed.

QUALİFİCATİONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields, (Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related disciplines)
• 1-4 years of experience in financial audit or tax practice,
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
• Power BI knowledge is highly appreciated,
• Result-oriented, open to change, excellent team player,
• Analytical thinking and strong skills in negotiation and problem resolution.

JOB DESCRİPTİON

• Preparing annual IFRS audit reports based on solo and consolidated financial statements,
• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial statements and identifying potential errors or risks,
• Evaluating business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and value creation
• Answering ad-hoc requests from other departments,
• Taking an active role in accounting system development,
• Supporting the development of audit analytics, including data analysis, dashboard creation, and automated control scenarios,
• Identifying key findings and offering actionable recommendations,
• Providing advisory support for internal company projects and initiatives when requested,
• Reviewing the compliance of operations with tax regulations, commercial codes, and internal procedures.
