Financial Reporting & Investor Relations Supervisor

We are seeking a Financial Reporting & Investor Relations Supervisor for a leading financial institution in the factoring industry. The primary focus of this role is to lead accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting processes in line with BRSA and IFRS standards, while also supporting the company’s investor relations activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience (equity research, audit, transaction services, valuation), including exposure to investor relations.
• Strong knowledge of General Accounting, BRSA & IFRS standards and financial reporting processes.
• CMB Level 3 License preferred (not mandatory); CMB Corporate Governance License is an advantage.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methods, reporting, and data visualization.
• Advanced level of English; strong communication, presentation, and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with tools such as Tagetik, Qlik Sense, Python, or Hyperion is a plus.
• Experience in financial institutions and/or Big 4 is a strong asset.

• Prepare, reconcile, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with BRSA and IFRS.
• Coordinate financial reporting processes across departments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Support the preparation of investor presentations, quarterly earnings releases, and corporate governance compliance reports.
• Contribute to regulatory disclosures and ensure alignment with capital markets legislation.
• Assist with the Annual General Assembly process and related Board resolutions.
• Maintain and update the Investor Relations website and database.
• Engage with equity analysts and investors through meetings, calls, and roadshows.
• Monitor analyst reports, market developments, and competitive trends to support management reporting.
