MicroTheory Engineering is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Lead / Program Manager to oversee federal financial reporting operations, executive stakeholder engagement, compliance oversight, and strategic program execution.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience supporting federal financial reporting environments, Treasury operations, audit readiness efforts, and complex government accounting initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting and operational oversight activities
- Manage executive stakeholder engagement and customer coordination
- Oversee staffing coordination, reporting deliverables, and quality assurance
- Support audit readiness, compliance documentation, and escalation management
- Lead financial statement reporting, reconciliation oversight, and variance analysis
- Coordinate Treasury reporting operations and federal financial reporting activities
- Develop executive-level reporting and status briefings
- Mentor junior and mid-level financial staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 10–20+ years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive experience supporting federal financial operations
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Experience supporting audit and compliance initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple complex reporting activities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CGFM, PMP, or related certifications
- Experience supporting HHS, Treasury, or CFO Act reporting
- Experience with Oracle Federal Financials or UFMS environments
- Familiarity with audit remediation and internal controls

Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
