About the Role

As a Financial Representative, you will work with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions for Medicare, life insurance, retirement planning, long-term care, and financial protection.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and conduct needs-based consultations.
• Educate clients on insurance and retirement solutions.
• Build relationships through referrals, networking, and community events.
• Schedule and attend appointments.
• Maintain client records and provide ongoing service.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to obtain a Texas Life & Health Insurance License.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,135.26 - $96,399.45 per year
