Financial Sales Broker (B2B) – Paid Training + Base + Commission

About the Role

We are seeking driven, competitive, and money-motivated individuals to join our team as a Financial Sales Broker. This is a high-energy, sales-focused position centered around B2B cold calling, client acquisition, and business funding solutions.

You will be working directly with business owners nationwide, helping them secure working capital, term loans, and other financing products to grow their companies.

Compensation & Career Path

We offer a structured growth track with guaranteed base pay + commissions:

- Training Period (First 15 Weeks)

  • $1,200/week base salary
  • Commission opportunities
  • Hands-on training, live call coaching, and deal support

- Junior Financial Sales Broker (after the 15 week training period)

  • $1,500/week base salary
  • Uncapped commissions

- Senior Financial Sales Broker (Typically 8–12 Months)

  • $2,000/week base salary
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Increased deal flow + higher earning potential

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Make high-volume B2B cold calls daily to business owners
  • Identify funding needs and qualify merchants
  • Collect and structure full funding applications
  • Present and position business loan solutions
  • Work deals from initial contact through funding
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM

Requirements

  • Coachable and willing to follow a structured sales process
