Role Description

We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our growing team as Financial Services Associates. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for individuals looking to earn additional income while gaining valuable experience in the financial industry.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to help educate them on financial concepts and solutions that support their long-term goals. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and access to professional development resources to help you succeed—no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills or willingness to develop them
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in personal finance or helping others (preferred, not required)
• Previous sales or finance experience is a plus, but not necessary

Pay: $300.00 - $100,000.00 per month
