Sarmad is looking for a motivated and results-driven Financial Sector Sales professional to join our team in Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts within the financial sector, including banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions. You will leverage your expertise and relationships to identify new business opportunities, maintain existing accounts, and achieve sales targets that contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the financial sector in Cairo.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in banks and financial institutions.
  • Understand customer needs and present Sarmad's financial solutions effectively.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within the financial sector, preferably in software or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.
