Job Description:
We are seeking licensed, self-motivated Financial & Insurance Associates across Canada and the USA to join our expanding multi-vendor platform. This position is designed for experienced, independent professionals looking to scale their career, maximize their contract splits, and build long-term residual income.
As an independent sales professional, you will have complete autonomy over your schedule and client portfolio from day one, backed by a robust administrative infrastructure, extensive product inventory, and uncapped commission overrides for team development.

- (Optional) Recruit, onboard, and provide leadership mentorship to junior sales associates to scale your regional agency production.
Requirements:
- Must hold an active Life Insurance license (LLQP or state equivalent) and/or relevant investment registrations in good standing.
- Proven track record in insurance sales, financial consulting, or commission-driven business development.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive with the discipline to manage an independent book of business.
This is a 100% performance-based commission position operating under an independent contractor agreement. Earning is entirely determined by individual and team sales production; no base salary or hourly wage is provided.
Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
