To provide exceptional member service through all delivery channels, processing member requests such as account opening and maintenance, phone inquiries, loan requests, and all other services related to credit union products.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to sit, walk, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Able and willing to travel including short, local visits to offices in our market, and to work overtime as needed.
