Duties

• Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
• Educate clients on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
• Proficiency in financial software to manage client accounts effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations
