Financial Services Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: Work with a group of independent financial advisors to assist with administrative and clerical tasks while providing exceptional customer service.


Work Location: In Person


Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative/reception experience


Responsibilities:

  • Customer service attitude
  • Answering and responding to phone calls and emails
  • Greeting and welcoming clients.
  • Client Meeting preparation
  • Ensure conference rooms are tidy and presentable.
  • Review incoming mail/prepare outgoing mail.
  • Order supplies
  • Assist advisors with mailings and research.
  • Additional support to administrative staff creating client files.
  • Filing
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize.
  • Solid communication skills
  • Proven working experience in an administrative/receptionist capacity.
  • Resourceful
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail oriented


To Be Considered:

  • Enjoy interacting with a variety of people.
  • 2 years previous experience in the financial services industry/customer service a plus
