Job Summary: Work with a group of independent financial advisors to assist with administrative and clerical tasks while providing exceptional customer service.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative/reception experience
Responsibilities:

Customer service attitude

Answering and responding to phone calls and emails

Greeting and welcoming clients.

Client Meeting preparation

Ensure conference rooms are tidy and presentable.

Review incoming mail/prepare outgoing mail.

Order supplies

Assist advisors with mailings and research.

Additional support to administrative staff creating client files.

Filing

Other duties as assigned.
