Financial Services Advisor/Agent

We are seeking dynamic and client-focused individuals to join our NATIONAL team as Financial Services Professionals (Agents, Advisors, or Licensed Referral Representatives). This role involves providing expert financial advice, developing client relationships, and offering tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. Bilingual abilities and knowledge of insurance sales, marketing, and benefits administration are highly valued. Responsibilities

• Engage in activities to identify and acquire new clients through social media outreach, networking engagement, referrals, and various community outreach activities
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to recommend suitable products and services that meet client needs
• Manage administration tasks including documentation, follow-up, and maintaining accurate client records
• Provide ongoing customer service support to retain clients and foster long-term relationships
• Assist clients with retirement planning, estate and legacy planning, debt reduction, and many other financial solutions
• Develop marketing strategies to promote financial products and services in various channels including telemarketing campaigns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and to close deals effectively while maintaining client satisfaction
• Ability to perform detailed analysis using relevant tools and software
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are not mandatory but appreciated to serve diverse client populations
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of industry regulations such as HIPAA is desirable
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and client engagement

Pay: $50,306.77 - $90,584.49 per year

All are tax write-offs, but the initial cost is still there before we reimburse you.
