Financial Services Associate Attorney

We are looking for an attorney with strong litigation experience from a respected regional, national, or local law firm. Strong writing skills, oral advocacy, and academic achievements are required. A judicial clerkship background is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings such as demurrers, motions to dismiss, motions to strike, and summary judgment motions
• Managing discovery, including e-discovery and fact investigation
• Preparing and responding to written discovery requests
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in mediations in both state and federal courts
• Appearing in court for hearings and pre-trial matters
• Working with consumer protection and financial laws, including FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UCC, EFTA, TILA, and UDAP
• Providing strategic and practical advice to clients on complex legal and business challenges

We want someone who is professional, detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated. The role involves handling high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and trial work, often under time-sensitive conditions. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, prioritizing multiple urgent tasks at once, and consistently delivering accurate, high-quality work. A strong commitment to client service is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
