Role Focus
At Ektis, we partner with leading financial institutions, fintechs, and public-sector clients to solve their most critical challenges. As a Business Analyst, you will play a core role on our consulting teams, helping deliver insightful analysis, structured problem-solving, and practical recommendations that create real impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous data gathering, analytics, market research, and benchmarking to support project hypotheses and recommendations.
- Contribute to project workstreams, working directly with clients to co-create, test, and implement solutions.
- Support business development activities, including drafting proposals, preparing pitch materials, and contributing to case studies.
- Develop internal and external knowledge assets such as thought-leadership pieces, reports, and analytical frameworks.

Participate in firm-building initiatives including training, recruiting, and knowledge-sharing.

- Bring a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in consulting, financial services, strategy, or related fields
