Continuum Co. is seeking a hybrid Financial Services Coordinator to deliver banking services—such as treasury, lending, and insurance—to our clients, including homeowner associations (HOAs) and condominium communities, through Continuum’s network of preferred financial partners. This individual will act as the regional sales lead, advising clients and facilitating coordination among financial institutions, accounting staff, property managers, and the systems used to manage records and financial transactions.


This Financial Services Coordinator role represents a great opportunity for a sales-oriented individual with experience in wealth management and/or community association banking.


This full-time hybrid role also offers a competitive starting salary of $80,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Compensation:

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00

Responsibilities:
  • Drive program awareness with our brands and clients (Community Association Boards)
  • Deliver investment proposals to our Boards and Property Managers
  • Execute approved investment proposal and new account request
  • Keep track of all maturing CDs and inform the Boards and Managers
  • Close old bank accounts
  • Update signers on current bank accounts (non-partner)
  • Update signers on partner bank accounts
  • Execute bank-to-bank transfers and related transactions, including ACH, wire transfers, and check requests to banks
  • Approve and request new CD orders
  • Analyze community financial statements
  • Deliver a loan quote comparison to the boards
  • Ensure safe-keeping guidelines are followed for all checks and documents that contain confidential or sensitive information
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior banking, financial services experience, or experience in a related field
