Financial Services Pre-Licensing Trainee (Independent Contractor – 1099)

Job Summary

We are looking to expand our team of financial consultants in a fully remote environment

This position is an Entry level Financial Consultant (part-time or full-time).

Through our in-depth training program, you will also learn how to diagnose needs of an individual or family, have a conversation with them about their financial goals and dreams, and help create a roadmap to help them achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals through our financials solutions, products and services we provide (included but are not limited to Getting out of debt, Budgeting, Retirement Planning, Wealth Accumulation, College Planning, Investments, Rollovers, Annuities, Roth IRA, & Insurance).

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in training and mentorship.

Shadow client meetings and presentations.

Analyze client financials to determine needs.

Recommend financial products and services (debt management, budgeting, retirement planning, investments, insurance, etc.).

Uphold ethical and industry standards.

Obtain and maintain state licensing (Life, Accident, and Health) and continuing education.

Qualifications:

18+ years old.

Valid driver's license.

Background check required.

Willingness to obtain a state insurance license.

2-3 years of customer service experience preferred but not required.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Ability to provide tailored financial guidance.

Schedule: Flexible, with required weekly team training sessions on Tuesdays (8:00 p.m. EST / 5:00 p.m. PST) and Saturdays (12:00 p.m. EST / 9:00 a.m. PST).
