Duties

  • Engage with clients through outreach efforts—including telemarketing and community engagement—to identify financial needs and present suitable solutions
  • Conduct sales of life insurance and annuity products with confidence and clarity
  • Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding client requirements and offering compelling value propositions
  • Administer sales documentation, process applications, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Provide ongoing customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining product features, and supporting clients through the process
  • Analyze client needs to identify opportunities for additional financial solutions
  • Collaborate with your team to promote products and services effectively across various channels

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-discipline and a proactive approach
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals
  • Experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or financial services is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with sales administration tasks such as processing applications and maintaining client records is advantageous
  • Knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, or compliance standards is a bonus
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases
  • Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is fully commission-based with residual income potential. High performers have the opportunity to build significant long-term earnings.
