Duties
- Engage with clients through outreach efforts—including telemarketing and community engagement—to identify financial needs and present suitable solutions
- Conduct sales of life insurance and annuity products with confidence and clarity
- Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding client requirements and offering compelling value propositions
- Administer sales documentation, process applications, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Provide ongoing customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining product features, and supporting clients through the process
- Analyze client needs to identify opportunities for additional financial solutions
- Collaborate with your team to promote products and services effectively across various channels

Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-discipline and a proactive approach
- Comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals
- Experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or financial services is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with sales administration tasks such as processing applications and maintaining client records is advantageous
- Knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, or compliance standards is a bonus
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases
- Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is fully commission-based with residual income potential. High performers have the opportunity to build significant long-term earnings.
