Financial Services Representative I

Cinfed is searching for a Financial Services Representative I based in Cincinnati, OH at our Glenway Crossing Branch.

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Enjoys helping people and building relationships
- Has strong attention to detail; a focus on accuracy is essential
- Possesses excellent customer service/retail skills
- Thrives in a friendly, professional work environment
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Assuming responsibility for effectively receiving, reviewing, and processing loan applications
- Actively promoting the credit union's products and services, including opening accounts
- Developing professional and interpersonal relationships with members
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- High school education or equivalent education is required
- Must have a thorough understanding of financial services and products
- At least 2-5 years of similar or related experience
This is a full-time position (Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8-5:30pm; rotating Saturday: 9-1pm)
Pre-employment background (credit, criminal, and drug) check required.
