Financial Services Representative / Life Insurance Agent

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions and leadership development programs
• Learn the company’s financial education and client service process
• Educate individuals and families on income protection and financial strategies
• Support client educational activities and follow-up communication
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Generate referrals and network within the community
• Maintain professionalism and compliance standards

Compensation

• Part-Time Potential: $1,500 – $3,500+ monthly
• Full-Time Potential: $4,500+ monthly
• Estimated Hours: 20–40 per week
