Financial Solutions Consultant (Debt Management Advisor) (Own Visa)

About the Role
We are looking for confident, persuasive, and results-driven consultants to help individuals facing financial difficulties find structured solutions for their bank liabilities.
This is a consultative sales role where you will speak with clients who are already seeking help. Your job is to assess their situation, explain the risks and options, and guide them toward enrolling in our professional debt management services.
If you are uncomfortable discussing money, handling objections, or asking for commitment — this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured financial consultation calls
• Build urgency by explaining legal and financial consequences
• Educate clients on restructuring and negotiation options
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Follow up persistently with undecided clients
• Close clients on service enrollment and payment
• Maintain accurate CRM updates after each interaction

Who We Are Looking For
This role is for closers, not order-takers.

You MUST have:

✔ 3–5 years of proven sales experience
✔ Strong spoken English (Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is a plus)
✔ Confidence speaking about money and financial hardship
✔ Ability to control conversations and lead clients
✔ Thick skin — you won’t take rejection personally
✔ A persuasive personality with natural authority
✔ Hunger for commission and performance rewards

You are NOT suitable if:
✖ You avoid asking for payment
✖ You feel bad discussing financial consequences
✖ You prefer “customer service” over sales
✖ You give up after 1–2 follow-ups

Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary + High Commission + Performance Bonuses
