POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Solutions Manager will provide strategic support and daily leadership to guide business
decisions directly related to pricing and cost functions. They will develop and support processes and procedures, create training and supporting documentation, and maintain collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders throughout the entire organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Standardize production reporting procedures to establish clear metrics-based communication cadences in partnership with existing production analysts, plant operations and similar matrix partners.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures within function including documentation, data capture, cross-training, operational efficiencies, project management, task allocations, closing functionality, process improvement, inspections, inventory, customer contacts, pricing, and contract compliance.
- Forecast, develop budgets, and analyze financial data to guide business decisions.
- Review and update existing documentation and training tools to facilitate a culture of continuous improvement within the entire team.
- Develop, lead and support employees within the cost accounting function.
- Complete other duties and tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain positive and helpful working relationships with co-workers and other functional areas throughout the company.

- Travel is required to job sites, regional offices, and professional and community organization events.
