Job Description
- Calculate financial indicators, analyze investment efficiency, participate in preparing and controlling pre-feasibility reports of real estate investment projects.
- Develop a plan for project investment finance; project revenue and cash flow in each stage of project development.
- Complete and manage bank loan applications
- – Establish a system to control and manage financial risks related to project investment; control costs; control revenue – cash flow.
- Set up accounting records and control accounting work for real estate investment projects.
- Financial records management; Investment project accounting; management reporting; Investment project financial reporting.
