Master Works is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist / Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
Main Roles & ResponsibilitiesFinancial Statement Reporting-
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
-
Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments
-
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank accounts
-
Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
-
Support internal and external audit requirements
-
Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and company policies
-
Assist in financial analysis and reporting to management
-
Coordinate with other departments for financial data collection
-
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
-
Support budgeting and forecasting activities when required

Ensure timely submission of financial reports
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus

5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting

Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP
-
Experience in month-end and year-end closing processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
