Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and are interested in building a career in financial services.

As a Financial Professional, you will meet with clients, evaluate their financial needs, provide educational guidance, and help implement appropriate financial strategies based on their goals and circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients
• Gather financial information and identify client goals
• Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies
• Assist clients with budgeting, debt management, protection planning, and wealth-building strategies
• Maintain accurate client records
• Participate in training and professional development programs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to obtain required state licenses (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Organized and detail-oriented

Compensation

This position is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Compensation is commission-based and varies based on production and performance.
