This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and analytics, helping leadership understand how the business is performing against strategic goals. The Financial Strategy & Business Performance Manager owns the development and management of strategic scorecards while providing insight through financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.


You'll work cross-functionally to turn complex data into clear insights, identify performance gaps, and support strategic planning initiatives. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing business performance, building financial models, and influencing strategic decisions.


What You'll Actually Do:

  • Develop and manage company-wide strategic performance scorecards
  • Deliver monthly performance insights and identify gaps versus strategic targets
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support key business metrics
  • Conduct market sizing, share analysis, and competitive research
  • Build financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
  • Support leadership with strategic planning and ad hoc analysis
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate data into actionable recommendations


To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related business field (MBA or Master's degree a plus)
  • 4–9 years of experience in finance, strategy, or business performance roles
  • Strong experience building financial models, scorecards, and performance metrics to support strategic initiatives
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, business initiatives, and executive-level decision-making
  • Advanced Excel expertise with strong PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to executives and non-finance leaders
  • Experience working in manufacturing or financial services environments preferred
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to adapt and manage shifting priorities
  • Ownership mindset with strong accountability and problem-solving instincts


Where and How Much:

  • Target Compensation $130K - $145K + 15% bonus
  • Hybrid/Remote – Ability to work 1-3 days per week in Cherry Creek office
