THE MISSION

Escom Wealth LLC is looking for a Financial Systems Architect to bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and technical system design. You will be the primary strategist responsible for building and maintaining the digital infrastructure that powers our wealth management operations in Sohar.

YOUR IMPACT

• System Architecture: Lead the design and integration of robust financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow between ERPs, wealth management platforms, and reporting tools.
• Process Automation: Identify and implement digital solutions to automate complex financial workflows, increasing accuracy and reducing operational latency.
• Data Integrity & Security: Establish and enforce strict digital validation protocols and security frameworks to protect sensitive financial data and ensure system reliability.
• Strategic Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all system developments support long-term business goals and comply with Omani financial regulations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced: 10+ years of seniority in financial systems design, fintech, or corporate IT architecture.
• Qualified: Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Information Systems; professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAP, or Oracle) are a major plus.
• Technical: Expert in financial modeling, database management, and the integration of large-scale ERP systems like Dynamics 365 or SAP.
• Articulate: Professional English fluency is mandatory for international stakeholder coordination and high-level technical documentation.

Pay: RO4,800.000 per month
