FINANCIAL VICE PRESIDENT-INVESTMENT BANK

We are a highly successful Private Equity firm, functioning on a global basis. This is a newly created position mandated by expanding our internal financial operations.

Responsibilities:

This is a newly created position. The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.who will guide the learning and growth of the Vice President. This is a position only for the financial professional who desires to grow, expand their knowledge and be promoted to greater levels of responsiblity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee and manage the Fund accounting.
• Oversee and manage capital calls, distribution and financial reporting for K-1's.
• Coordinate compliance fillings for both the SEC and CIMA.
• Monitor partner capital accounts.
• Deliver accurate and timely work within specified deliverable timelines.
• Develop written policies and procedures for various work flows.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree, MBA or CPA a plus.
• This experience could be gained by working for a Private equity firm, public accounting firm or a third party fund administrator.
• The key to success is to have good common business sense no matter where your experience was gained.
• Strong managerial skills
• Strong “Team Player” attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $275,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
